Beast Digitizing provides embroidery digitizing and vector tracing services. This policy explains what information we receive when you contact us or place an order, and how we look after it.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us by email, on WhatsApp or through Fiverr. The "Send your logo" section on this website doesn't store anything – it simply opens WhatsApp or your email app with a message ready for you to send.

• Your name, shop or company name, email address, country and (if you give it) your WhatsApp number.
• Order details such as design size, placement, fabric and machine format.
• The artwork and logo files you send, and the files we create for you.

We do not ask for or store card or bank details. Payments are made through Payoneer, Wise or PayPal, which handle your payment information under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

• To digitize or vectorize your designs and deliver the finished files.
• To reply to your messages and send quotes, previews and invoices.
• To keep a record of past orders so we can make edits or re-send files when you need them.

We never sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.

Your artwork

Your artwork and the embroidery or vector files we make from it belong to you. We never share client files with other customers or third parties. We only show a design in our portfolio when we have your permission, and we will remove it on request.

Services we rely on

• Email and WhatsApp: messages are handled by Google (Gmail) and WhatsApp (Meta).
• Fonts: this site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address.
• Hosting: our website host may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages visited, for security.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep order messages and files for as long as we work together, so we can make edits and re-send files. If you would like your details or files deleted, just ask and we will remove them, unless we need to keep a record for tax or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us and we will reply as quickly as we can.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
